DCL compact electric actuators are widely used in the HVAC field, typically paired with butterfly valves. In modern building automation systems, these actuators precisely control indoor temperature, air volume, water flow, condensate flow, and hydraulic balance, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.

DCL actuators can be equipped with a standard handwheel for both general-purpose and explosion-proof models. To enhance safety during manual operation, an emergency power-off button is provided to prevent accidental activation. The button is conveniently located at the rear of the actuator, making it easy to access.

When manual operation is needed and the power status of the actuator is uncertain, simply press the power-off button to ensure safety. Under normal conditions, the handwheel remains disengaged from the worm gear. By pushing the handwheel inward, it engages with the worm gear, allowing manual control of the output shaft and connected valve.
