Performance Parameters

Description

DCL common-series electric actuators are typically used to operate quarter-turn butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, and swing arms. When a continuous power signal is received, the motor rotates in one direction and drives the output through an all-metal gearbox equipped with a final-stage worm gear, completing a 90° rotation. The motor automatically stops when the internal cams engage the limit switches. When a reverse continuous signal is applied, the motor runs in the opposite direction, driving the output back to its original position.

An over-torque protector is available as an option when precise torque control is required. A PTC electronic heating element is also integrated as a thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater, protecting the actuator from moisture-related damage.
